Policies and General Info:
- All items come from a smoke-free,
two-crazy-kids and one-wild-doggie household (although in general we
try to keep the kids and the doggie away from anything we are working
on!)
- We like to have payment, or contact
from you, within 2 hours of purchase. We're glad to combine
shipping on orders from any of our sites, just ask!
- Shipping happens every weekday and lots
of Saturdays at this point. In-stock items will ship within 48 hours
of payment received. Customs will vary based on the item, and
will be stated in the description.
- Shipping is generally USPS Priority Mail
or First class with delivery confirmation. This might change as
we see how the new pricing pans out on our items! Heavier items
will usually ship via UPS.
- We gladly ship International, but duties
and extra shipping are your responsibility.
- We want you to be happy with your
purchases! Please let us know of any problems within 48 hours of
receipt so we can work on a solution together.
- Bartering is alive and well here, contact
us if you want to do some trading!
