Policies

Any information you provide to Flutterby Designs, LLC in the course of doing business with us will never be sold to anyone, ever, period. We hate junk mail and spam as much as you do!  At most, we would like to use your email and address to send you notification of specials, updates to our site and other newsworthy bits sometime in the future, but if you would really rather not have these sent to you, no worries, just let us know and we'll put you on our "no bug" list!!

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Over and Under Runs:  The industry standard on many promotional products is plus or minus 5%-10%. In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order. You will be billed for the actual quantity shipped. If exact quantities are a must, please let us know when placing your order.

Order Changes or Cancellations: Flutterby Designs LLC will make every effort upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied. In the case of changes, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements. If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All of these charges will be a direct pass through from the supplier to you. If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.


Payment Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, business checks with clear time or approved credit and good 'ol American greenbacks if you are in our delivery area.  We're also glad to set you up with Net 15 or 30 terms with approved credit. First time orders we ask for 50% down, remainder on completion.  Published prices are subject to change, but we'll always try to let you know before you order!


Trademarks and Copyrights: By submitting a design to Flutterby Designs LLC you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design. All copy material submitted by the client for the use in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork is required therewith, will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The client hereby agrees to hold Flutterby Designs LLC harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of our use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement. 

In other words, don't use it if it doesn't belong to you! *grin*

Sales Tax: We will collect sales tax on all orders for customers in Colorado. If orders are for resale, or being sold to a licensed tax-exempt agency, please let us know before finalizing the order, and provide us with your sales tax numbers. In nearly all cases, orders placed from out of the state of Colorado will not be taxed, and use tax is the customer's responsibility if necessary in your area.
