How Our Fundraising Program Works
1) We offer apparel, blankets, bags, and many other items for personalizing. You have your choice of using your own logos or choosing from stock designs we carry- either way you need to have some idea of what type of items you want to offer before starting on this process, and have a contact person to coordinate with us. If we are creating a logo, or using your existing, there may be one-time setup charges involved with this step- check with us for specifics.
2) After we setup what items you will be offering, all you need to do is take orders from folks you know- your group members, families, friends, whoever! We can give you pointers, flyers, samples of items, and even a page on our website to order, too. Of course, the more people that purchase items, the more money your group will raise, so spread the word! When you're ready, turn in your orders & money collected to us-it will take 2-3 weeks to make everything and get it back to you. (except around the holidays and the beginning of the school year- plan on just a bit longer- things get crazy for us then!!)
3) Give everyone their orders and get a check from us for the profits- depending on your choice of profit margins, this could be as much as 30% of your order totals! Repeat as often as your group wants to, changing items out to keep everyone interested, and adding new things as they become available! We have groups that have used this as an on-going fundraiser for years, just by changing some items, and keeping their best-sellers every year.

So How Well Does it REALLY Work?
Example 1: Let's say you have 10 members in your group
and each of them orders a sweatshirt.
Using the 20% program, your group gets a check for $30-
and all your group did was order an item they will
wear anyway!!
Example 2: Let's use the same 10 person group-
Your group takes the items and order sheets
to their families, and just half of the families order a few
extra items- a shirt for dad, hat for mom and a blanket
for the family. Your group gets another check for $61.50
and the families now have items supporting your group!
Example 3: While we're on a roll...
Your group is going to an event in town and wants to
wear something that unifies the group. Because this is
a big event, in addition to your group members, another
20 people are coming. Each person orders one denim shirt,
spending $22 each, and your group gets
a check for $132 to spend on whatever you decide!
And it goes on from there: a duffle bag for camp earns $3, a laptop
bag for school earns $5.60, picnic blankets for the church picnic
earn $5.50 each and fleece jackets for winter earn $8.40 each!
